how often do you do server maintenance, is it like al the time cos i can log in cos it says the there's a server maintenance and that all servers are down huh its up in front page pleease help me sincerly killatones

I am sure there is no maintenance...the server is only offline. The maintenance-message always appears when the server is not reachable by the client.

ok but i can not log in at any time cant someone host it from a safe place where every one can reach it?
